Contain your sorrow: I won't be around much in October. I'll be a bit busy, so I can't really focus on blogging. There are a couple of posts I have scheduled (including a super hot giveaway for US/CA), but apart from those, it's unlikely you'll see more than 2 or 3 reviews from me. A slow-blogging period that's actually extended back to this past week, given that I have the flu and feel miserable, which translates into me doing absolutely nothing. Something I excel at, sick or not :D
Anyway! I figured, why not take this opportunity to have a few guest posts from readers, bloggers or authors to be featured here throughout October (and maybe the first week or two of November).
What kind of post? Anything you want! It can be funny, weird, crazy, serious, heavy, light, whatever you like. You can write a review (or a joint review or discussion-style review), you can talk about genres or retellings or covers or the benefits/drawbacks of dating [insert paranormal creature here], you can talk about characters or an author or write a poem for your favourite book. You can show off some bookish fanart or rave about that upcoming/older release that you want EVERYONE to read, or even if you want to do a reaction post to the new seasons of Nikita or Arrow starting next month because I am DYING to watch those..... get my point? Anything goes. Provided it somehow relates to YA (unless it's an awesome CW show), since that's primarily what I blog about.
If no one is interested, that is totally FINE! It's not an event or anything, it's just me attempting to steal a few brains during a period where I won't be using my own. I probably only need a maximum of 5-6? I should be sort of back regularly in the first or second week of November. Depending on how many of you are interested, I may extend the guest posting beyond that. If you're not selected, please don't take any offence!
